Andre Collins '07, Bryan Cloncs '08, Steve Throckmorton '07, and Jen Na '07 passing the 'torch' to the next class at dinner
Andre works for Kraft Foods in Northfield, Illinois. He's a Senior Financial Analyst on the Global Supply Chain. He graduated with an MBA degree from IU in May 2007.
Andre majored in finance and minored in marketing and international business. While at IU, he was a member of the Corporate Finance Academy, the Christian Fellowship Club and the Student Admissions Council. Andre also served as the VP of Finance for the Black MBA Association and as the MBAA financial auditor. He participated in the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management. Andre interned at Johnson & Johnson in Somerville, New Jersey, during the summer of 2006.
As the finance associate at Bloomington Brands, Andre led the brand's budgeting process, financial reporting and all of the company's administrative functions. Brand projects included summarizing fiscal year volume data, organizing standard cost information by-SKU, and obtaining product for a test market. During his year in the business, Andre greatly improved the company's cash forecasting requirements.
Andre is originally from Evansville, Indiana. He earned a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business undergraduate program in 1997. Prior to the return to Kelley for graduate work, Andre was an auditor for the public accounting firm Crowe, Chizek and Company and then later a financial analyst at the pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly and Company.

Jennifer is an Associate Brand Manager at Kraft Foods in Glenview, Illinois. She is currently assigned to the Mac & Cheese brand. Jennifer graduated from Kelley with an MBA degree in May 2007. She interned at Kraft Foods in Chicago during the summer of 2006.
As a marketing associate at Bloomington Brands, Jennifer’s projects in Fall 2006 included a mail-in rebate, a product brochure and an in-store display item. During the spring 07 semester, Jennifer supported Scotts INAT sales forces with sales materials, stickers for in-store display units and the planning of a sweepstakes travel event.
Jennifer was a 2007 Kelley MBA candidate who majored in marketing as a Ford Foundation Scholar. On campus, Jennifer served as the co-chair of the MBAA Alumni Relations committee. She was also an active member of the Consumer Marketing Academy, Kelley Ambassadors, the Marketing Club and Kelley Association of Women MBA’s. In addition to the activities at Kelley, she also served as the advisor for an undergraduate social sorority on campus.
Prior to attending Kelley, Jennifer received her BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Arizona. Her work experience was in corporate finance at Baxter Healthcare and Gap Inc.

Reed Damon is an Associate Brand Manager on the Boca vegetarian brand at Kraft Foods (Oscar Mayer) in Madison, Wisconsin. He majored in Marketing and Operations, and graduated with an MBA degree from IU in May 2007.
During his stint at Bloomington Brands in 2006, Reed helped develop a new product brochure and he spearheaded the development of a DVD with 24 gardening tips. He also participated in the development of the spring 2007 radio test market project. Reed, together with Michael Reda, recruited the next group of Bloomington Brands students from the class of 2008.
While at Kelley, Reed was a faculty-selected member of the Consumer Marketing Academy. He also served as a committee-selected member of the Student Admissions Council and Ambassador Committee. Reed also participated in the Marketing Club and Toastmasters.
Reed holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. Following graduation, he worked as an Underwriter at ICAT Managers in Boulder, Colorado for a year and then as an Underwriting Associate at Chubb Insurance in Chicago, Illinois for two years. He also had the opportunity to study in Seville, Spain, when he was an undergraduate.

Gayatree is employed by Whirlpool at Benton Harbor, Michigan. She graduated with an MBA degree from Kelley in May 2007. She interned at DuPont in Wilmington, Delaware, in their Marketing Leadership Development Program during the summer of 2006.
As a Bloomington Brands marketing associate, developed a disposal plan for excess inventory, participated in market research to revitalize an exisiting formula with very low consumer acceptance and the creation of an in-store display unit for independent retailers.
Gayatree was an MBA ’07 candidate at the Kelley School of Business with a major in marketing and was a faculty selected member of the Consumer Marketing Academy. She held the Orientation Chair for the Class of 2008, Director – Behavioral Interviews for Consulting Club. She was a Kelley Ambassador and a member of Students Admissions Council. She also represented Kelley in the prestigious DuPont Marketing Case Competition (and won first prize!) and in the Big Ten Case Competition.
Prior to coming to Kelley, Gayatree received an undergraduate degree in business from Delhi University and a graduate degree in Garment Manufacturing Technology from the NIFT, both in India. She worked as a Fashion merchandiser in India for two years and then as a Marketing Associate with the YMCA in Michigan for a year, before matriculating to Kelley. Gayatree also worked as a part-time research associate for two years while an undergraduate.

Michael works at ConAgra and lives in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated with an MBA degree from IU in May 2007. His summer internship in 2006 was also at ConAgra (Omaha).
He served as a marketing associate with Bloomington Brands from January - December 2006. Michael supported the Osmocote(R) brand by assisting in the preparations for the 2007 radio test market project. He helped select the test locations (Atlanta and Charlotte) and he participated in drafting the creative brief that resulted in the production of the three commercials aired. Together with Reed Damon, Michael supervised the recruiting of students from the class of 2008.
While at IU, Michael majored in Marketing and minored in Operations. He was a faculty-selected member of the Consumer Marketing Academy and a Graduate Assistant for the Marketing Department. Michael was a committee-selected member of Kelley Ambassadors. He was also a member of the Kelley Marketing Club, Strategic Leadership Club and Toastmasters.
Michael received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Information Systems from Ohio University at Athens, Ohio. He was elected to the Dean’s List for eight quarters and was the Peer Selected Director of Academic Affairs for his Fraternity Delta Tau Delta. Michael worked as a Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas, Texas, for two years and then as a Business Analyst Lead for JP Morgan Chase Corporation in Chicago, Illinois, for three years. He also participated in a Global Competitiveness Program for Ohio University in Pécs, Hungary, when he was an undergrad.
